Four Seasons Produce, Inc. offers the latest in product ordering services. We make it easy and efficient to conduct business and drive sales with our Customer Access online ordering system.

Anywhere there is Internet access, our customers and partners can log on to the Four Seasons website to manage critical aspects of their business – everything from placing orders and viewing market reports to working on ad-planners, weekly price changes and gross margin results, within a secure, web-based environment. Here are some of the services that our customers receive:

  • Online ordering 7 days a week, 24 hours a day for next day delivery
  • Easy order entry: Product Order Guide by commodity grouping, by code sequence, or by entering codes and quantities. You will receive an email confirming that your order was received.
  • Online access training and customized order guides
  • Single view of new, advertised or special items for customers to target high-turnover items and ensure adequate quantities
  • Order history based on orders placed in the online ordering system
  • Order adjustments
  • Real-time order tracking

After an order is placed online, one of our sales representatives receives an e-mail stating that you have submitted an online order. The sales representative posts the online order in the system to a sales order and then you are contacted to discuss any order issues. Stores are then sent a follow-up order, whenever possible.

Order adjustments are made by calling into the Four Seasons' sales office within an agreed upon time frame. Online orders cannot be changed once they are submitted without calling the assigned Four Seasons sales representatives or their back-ups. Four Seasons also has the ability to customize retail price zones for end users, allowing them to update weekly price changes with the correct corresponding retail showing gross margin results.
