Private Label

Rooted in our desire to cultivate mutually beneficial partnerships, Four Seasons offers a customized private label program for any chain store group or large independent retailer group to promote conventional products as well as those that are organic or ethnic. Our program includes:

• Development of label to be used on all packaging
• Weekly product quotes
• Application of label on top, plus a bottom label listing item, packed by, UPC
• A complete list of UPCs and bar codes once product list is determined
• Development of a customized plan based on year 'round availability with substitution alternatives

Co-Packing

Streamlining processes and economizing on timing is crucial to the produce industry especially when volume is involved. Four Seasons' Co-Packing Program assists companies, such as Sunkist and Tropicana, by packing produce according to licensed specifications and by facilitating special packs as needed. The Four Seasons production facility houses the most technically advanced equipment that can accommodate a wide range of repacking, over-wrap or bagging. This valuable service is essential to expedite distribution of products on a national and global level. Our equipment includes:

• Three Exact Over-Wrap and Weighing machines are capable of over-wrapping both pulp and plastic trays while overlaying specific customized labels on the top and bar-coded labels on the bottom
• Three NEWTEC Citrus Bagging machines bag citrus fruits both in polyurethane and mesh bags ranging in sizes from #2 to #10
• One Pint Clamshell Filling machine for grape and cherry tomatoes, provides customized labeling and bar-coding
