What keeps you enthused and engaged at Four Seasons? I am excited to come to work each day because of the fast paced environment with all divisions working closely to maximize the satisfaction of our customers.

In your opinion, why do you think a customer should do business with us? Why do current customers continue to do business with us? A prospective customer is encouraged to do business with us as we offer a premium product at a fair price and the ability to deliver their order in a timely fashion. Our customers continue to do business with us because their expectations are met or exceeded on a daily basis.

What keeps you enthused and engaged at Four Seasons? I have a passion for fresh produce! Four Seasons is an awesome place for me to live out my passion everyday with some of the best associates, customers and suppliers in the industry. And doggone it – we work hard and have fun!

In your opinion, why do you think a customer should do business with us? Why do current customers continue to do business with us? Don’t do business with us because of price. Do business with us because of VALUE! We work everyday to increase value, which in turn helps Four Seasons earn future business by making customers profitable.

What keeps you enthused and engaged at Four Seasons? There is no one easy answer to this question, but let's start with people – whether they are fellow associates, customers or vendor partners. We are fortunate enough to be involved in a fast paced ever changing industry that revolves around people and the relationships they have built over time. As a wholesaler of fresh produce in a very competitive environment these relationships are key to doing business on a daily basis not only from a sales and buying perspective but to interacting with fellow associates. Each day brings new opportunities and challenges and without these relationships and teamwork we would be challenged to fulfill our customers' needs and ultimately grow our business. Following right behind people would be the daily challenge to find ways to meet and exceed our goals and ultimately our customer's goals whether they are sales, profits, service levels or developing new ideas to help each other's businesses grow.

In your opinion, why do you think a customer should do business with us? Why do current customers continue to do business with us? If you were looking for a produce supplier in today's marketplace that could meet and exceed your needs you would probably be looking for one that offered not only fresh produce but services that would set them apart from their competitors to help you grow your business. There are very few produce wholesalers that offer a complete produce program that can meet the needs of a conventional retailer, wholesaler, organic market, co-op or chain. Four Seasons Produce carries a full variety of fresh produce both conventional and organic in multiple sizes and grades, stored in a state of the art warehouse with temperature controlled rooms. FSP has a knowledgeable sales and buying staff with many years of experience that is customer driven, supported by a merchandising team that calls on the retail and organic retail customer base to help give guidance to drive sales and profits. Fresh product is delivered on FSP's own fleet of trucks within 24 hours of the order being placed. Additional services in the form of computer generated reports that help track sales and movement by customer are offered as well. FSP also works very closely with its retail and wholesale partners holding individual annual business reviews to find new ways to drive sales and profits for both parties.

Current customers look at FSP as a trusted partner, they rely on FSP to have the product they need, in the grade and size needed and delivered in a timely fashion. They rely on the sales team and the relationships they have built to help steer them in the right direction, transportation (drivers) for on time deliveries and the merchandising team to be the eyes and ears to help them grow their business.

What keeps you enthused and engaged at Four Seasons? The people. Whether it’s the person in the pod next to you, the person on the other side of the room, or the other side of the phone, the people you come in contact with each day keeps the job entertaining, and keeps me enthusiastic about being a part of Four Seasons.

In your opinion, why do you think a customer should do business with us? Why do current customers continue to do business with us? I believe that a customer should do business with us because in order for them to be an effective supplier to their community, they need the best produce available. I believe customers continue to do business with us because we hold up our side of the bargain over and over again…we supply them with the best produce available.

I think current customers do business with us for our quality, dependability, service level and the humor we bring to our jobs each day. Prospective customers should do business with us for the same reasons.

What keeps you enthused and engaged at Four Seasons? Our name is Four Seasons but in produce there are many seasons. It’s always exciting to see new items coming from all over the world as the growing areas change.

What keeps you enthused and engaged at Four Seasons? I like that things change everyday[ kind of like the stock Market]. Its fun to work hard putting together a deal and having it pay off. Everyday starts over and presents new challenges and opportunities.

What keeps you enthused and engaged at Four Seasons? At Four Seasons we have a great team. We feed off of each other’s success and push each other to strive for more. The produce business changes everyday, which is very exciting. No day is ever the same. We also know how to have a little fun.

I think that we have the total package, from the time the product is bought until it is delivered. Each team within the company works together as one to give the customer the best experience possible. We have our finger on the pulse of the produce industry everyday so our customers can expect current market conditions and recommendations on the freshest and best tasting produce. I think current customers continue to do business with us because they see the value we bring to their business as well as the relationships we have developed.
