What keeps you enthused and engaged at Four Seasons? The associates I work with and the challenge in the day to day grind keeps me enthused and engaged at Four Seasons Produce. Our culture is very unique and this makes a big difference on our work environment. Every day is a new challenge and we work together to work through every challenge. All of the associates are engaged and care about our business. It is very high stress, but we are like one big happy family. We have our ups and downs, but we keep going.

In your opinion, why do you think a customer should do business with us? Why do current customers continue to do business with us? I think customers should do business with us because our company is unique in the aspect that we are here to help them make their business successful. We think outside the box and can adapt to change that will make the customer successful. We are not just here to make a dollar, we are here to maintain a partnership and work through the good and challenging times together.

As the Vice President Business Development and General Counsel at Four Seasons, Ben Riggs firmly believes that work is fun. For Ben, there is a pervasive sense of ‘team’ that leads the company’s collective efforts through various projects. "Four Seasons has a great group of people that work hard at their jobs but have a lot of fun along the way," shares Ben. "At Four Seasons, we are not singularly focused on the transaction. If your sole focus is the cheapest price, call another produce distributor. Our focus is providing the value and service that assists our customers in the achievement of their goals. This approach has led to the development of numerous partnerships with customers over the last 30 years."

We work every day to find the best deals and highest quality produce. We do this to make the customer happy. As a former customer myself, I always appreciated the deals and quality I found at Four Seasons. Now being on this side, I see that the customer is priority number one. Not the bottom line.
